What it looks like:
Areas for examination can include things like: New hire process, training procedures, inter-department hand-off procedures, supervision process, HR complaint and follow-up processes.
This service allows us to collectively examine things that are working well, and things that need improvement at a very narrow-scope level, which can help to refresh and refine processes. It may be necessary to create entirely new processes as well
